Can I stop orders if it gets too busy?

Yes, GrabKnock partners can pause orders at any time. If your restaurant uses a tablet, website or mobile you can pause your store from collecting orders for a specific time period. You can also indicate that your store is busy, letting customers know to expect longer prep times.

What is the GrabKnock delivery radius?

There is not a standard delivery radius for merchants on GrabKnock. The delivery radius is set by an algorithm based on how many Riders are in your area and consumer demand.

Does GrabKnock charge any other fees?

GrabKnock does not charge an activation fee, subscription fee, software fee, cancelation fee, contract fee, or any hidden fees. However, certain fees may be applicable for additional products or services as you opt in, such as:

  • $0.99 on per Pickup Order
  • 9.99% on Delivery Service Fee

Can I cancel my GrabKnock service?

You can change Cancel at any time and from the Date of Cancellation based on Prodata will be charges and rest of the amount will Payout to you on next billing cycle (Bi-Weekly or Month).
